About rock meets
Rock meets are a time and a place for club members to meet and climb together. Unlike trips, meets don't have a trip leader, and everyone needs to be completely self sufficient.
We want to connect climbers to build community, and help keep cost, emissions, and admin to a minimum for your next weekend away.

Just follow the club calendar using the plus symbol in the bottom right corner of the calendar. If you see a rock meet you like, open the calendar event to join the whatsapp group, and enter your details in the linked spreadsheet provided to help things get organised.
Consider putting your hand up for a task such as organising transport, accommodation, or even a shared kai to say thanks to the meet coordinator.

We have a new system for organising rock meets this year.
Just fill out THIS FORM with where you want to go, dates, and a link to a Whatsapp group chat for people to join.
This form will create an event in the club calendar, and create a template for you and fellow climbers to organise transport, accommodation, and meals together.
